What can I tell you, except that today the blog gave me a hard time. I changed the extension for my recipes a few months ago, but I didn’t realize that by doing so, I lost the recipes I had published before. So don’t be surprised if some recipes are missing in some articles. It will take me a little while to rewrite them, but little by little, everything will be there again, I promise.
And as if a problem wasn’t enough, for a few weeks now, when I share a recipe link on Facebook, the picture doesn’t appear… misery misery misery! I’m waiting for a good samaritan to help me solve this problem because I’ve been looking all day and still haven’t found the solution.
When I started this adventure, I must admit that I had no idea what was behind the facade. Not having any training in computer science, coding, and so on, this is quite a challenge. But I’m learning progressively, and little by little, I’ll be able to manage all these minor bugs faster. Now that you know everything about my worries as a newbie blogger, I’ll finally tell you about the recipe of the day.
Only since I have my kids that I started cooking chicken drumsticks did you know that anything mini is usually a hit with the kids? And if you can eat it with your fingers, it’s even better. So for the past few years, I’ve always had a supply of chicken drumsticks in the freezer. I cook them in the oven by varying the seasonings. And today, I let myself be tempted by the flavours of the Maghreb: a few dates, honey and a little spice, 5 minutes of preparation and in the oven. I liked it so much that I thought I had to share it with you. Enjoy!
