  • 10 drumsticks of chicken
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 3 à 4 dates cut into small pieces
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl pour the olive oil, honey, spices and dates. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken drumsticks and coat them well with the sauce.
  • Place the meat in your dish and cover with all the sauce.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, until the chicken has a nice golden color.
