E com todos esses morangos, tudo o que eu queria era um bom e velho crumble de ruibarbo e morango. [Cenas da vida: voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode imaginar a dificuldade que tive em encontrar ruibarbo, parece ter desaparecido das prateleiras e levei dias para finalmente encontr\u00e1-lo]. O mais legal do crumble:  \u00e9 simplic\u00edssimo de se preparar e podemos usar qualquer fruta que quiser, de acordo com a esta\u00e7\u00e3o e o sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora, a quest\u00e3o \u00e9: crumble ou croustade&#8230; voc\u00ea conhece a diferen\u00e7a? Bem, eu acabo de descobrir isto agora [j\u00e1 era hora de voc\u00ea me contar]. Vejo receitas de croustade em todos os lugares desde que cheguei em Quebec, mas nunca tomei um tempo para analis\u00e1-las em detalhes. Na verdade, \u00e9 bastante simples, o croustade \u00e9 um crumble no qual foi adicionado farinha de aveia. Isto lhe d\u00e1 mais croc\u00e2ncia (al\u00e9m de melhorar o valor nutricional). Quanto \u00e0 compota, a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de ruibarbo e morangos funciona sempre espetacularmente. Eu coloco pouco a\u00e7\u00facar porque gosto do sabor azedinho do ruibarbo, mas voc\u00ea pode aumentar de acordo com seu gosto. Por fim, as sementes de chia est\u00e3o l\u00e1 para absorver parte dos l\u00edquidos e engrossar a compota ao assar no forno, al\u00e9m de deixar a receita um pouco mais saud\u00e1vel. Como op\u00e7\u00e3o, se voc\u00ea quiser engrossar a compota sem as sementes de chia, adicione 1 ou 2 colheres de sopa de amido de milho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E a\u00ed est\u00e1, eu finalmente fiz um croustade. Veredito: \u00e9 muito bom, sem d\u00favida alguma\u2026 mas eu ainda tenho uma leve prefer\u00eancia pelo crumble. Provavelmente, uma quest\u00e3o de h\u00e1bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vou deixar que experimente e decida em qual time voc\u00ea est\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
