Ap\u00f3s meses de frio, os primeiros dias de primavera (de verdade) s\u00e3o sin\u00f4nimos de festa. Por isso, esta semana, eu tive vontade de comer coisas frescas, saladas, comidas cruas, sandu\u00edches, enfim, nada complicado (mas ainda assim bom). E em meio de tudo isso, decidi fazer pela primeira vez uma focaccia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre a focaccia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 uma focaccia?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A focaccia \u00e9 um p\u00e3o plano de origem italiana. Ela se caracteriza por pequenos furos em toda a sua superf\u00edcie e \u00e9 embebida em azeite de oliva. Ao natural ou aromatizada, ela \u00e9 utilizada como acompanhamento de uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o ou como prato principal (sandu\u00edches, por ex.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/delamourencocotte.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6317\"\/><figcaption>Sandu\u00edche de focaccia<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como preparar a focaccia?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A massa \u00e9 realmente similar a uma massa de p\u00e3o (e de pizza): farinha, \u00e1gua, fermento e sal, mas a focaccia leva tamb\u00e9m azeite de oliva. Eu utilizo sempre levedura fresca, mas voc\u00ea pode (como sempre) substituir por fermento seco (para mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es, clique aqui). A sova da massa pode ser feita com batedeira (com o gancho), ou na m\u00e3o sem problema algum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o primeiro per\u00edodo de descanso, basta colocar a massa em um forma. Fique livre para complement\u00e1-la, variando os acompanhamentos de acordo com o uso que deseja fazer. Eu preparei uma base simples de azeite de oliva, alho e ervas (alecrim, or\u00e9gano ou tomilho), recobri a superf\u00edcie da focaccia (antes de ass\u00e1-la) e adicionei os ingredientes \u00e0 vontade. Como um pizza, podemos tamb\u00e9m acompanh\u00e1-la com legumes, carnes e queijos.
