Ainda mais durante a semana, entre o trabalho e a rotina familiar, n\u00e3o tenho necessariamente muito tempo para a cozinha. Ent\u00e3o, eu tenho receitas &#8220;seguras&#8221;, f\u00e1ceis e r\u00e1pidas, elas me salvam muitas vezes. Esta receita de Dahl faz parte das minhas preferidas. Eu a fa\u00e7o regularmente: f\u00e1cil, r\u00e1pida e saborosa (e ainda vegetariana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre o Dahl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Dahl \u00e9 uma receita de origem indiana \u00e0 base de lentilhas. Para dizer a verdade, a palavra &#8220;dal&#8221; d\u00e1 o nome a v\u00e1rias leguminosas, al\u00e9m de ser um prato. Existem in\u00fameras varia\u00e7\u00f5es. Pode-se brincar com os temperos, o tipo de lentilhas e adicionar leite de coco, por exemplo. Eu mesma tenho v\u00e1rias vers\u00f5es, mas a receita que apresento a voc\u00eas aqui \u00e9 aquela que eu fa\u00e7o mais frequentemente, a mais simples. Tenho sempre lentilhas em casa (eu adoro lentilhas), as lentilhas coral t\u00eam a vantagem de cozinharem mais rapidamente do que as outras variedades , o que faz eu as utilizar para esta receita, mas voc\u00ea pode utilizar lentilhas verdes ou pretas se desejar, resultar\u00e1 apenas em prolongar o tempo de cozimento.
