E fora de quest\u00e3o ir fazer compras depois de horas dirigindo e das crian\u00e7as exaustas. Mas, felizmente, meu congelador est\u00e1 sempre bem abastecido. Eu descobri uns piment\u00f5es e uns tomates congelados, adicionei a eles alguns ovos (sempre tenho uma caixa na geladeira), e a\u00ed est\u00e1! Temos a base da famosa receita de Shakshuka. Uma receita do Ottolenghi&#8230; j\u00e1 faz um tempo que n\u00e3o fazemos, n\u00e3o \u00e9? H\u00e1 in\u00fameras receitas de Shakshuka, esta aqui \u00e9 de seu livro Jerusal\u00e9m (um dos meus preferidos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre o Shakshuka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu j\u00e1 lhes apresentei o Shakshuka no blog, com esta receita de Chakchouka de espinafres (estou perdida em como escrever esta palavra, existem tantas formas&#8230;). Embora as varia\u00e7\u00f5es sejam infinitas, esta que proponho a voc\u00eas hoje \u00e9 provavelmente a mais cl\u00e1ssica, com tomates e piment\u00f5es. Adicionei a eles algumas azeitonas pretas e um pouco de feta (que se arrastavam em minha geladeira), voc\u00ea pode desconsider\u00e1-los ou modific\u00e1-los ao seu gosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A receita \u00e9 simples, do tipo panela \u00fanica (cozinha-se tudo na mesma frigideira). Gosto da gema de ovo bem mole, ent\u00e3o, n\u00e3o cozinho por muito tempo, mas voc\u00ea pode cozinhar por mais tempo para ter os ovos mais firmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ottolenghi recomenda utilizar pipelchuma. O que \u00e9 isso? Trata-se de um condimento, uma pasta de alho apimentada utilizada na culin\u00e1ria israelense (origin\u00e1ria da comunidade judaica libanesa).
