Quando crian\u00e7a, espalhamos quase tudo (p\u00e3o, panquecas, brioches, etc.) com essa pasta \u201cdeliciosa\u201d, nossa melhor amiga para caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 e lanches. Mais velhos, \u00e0s vezes com uma colher de ch\u00e1 que atacamos o frasco \u2026 Infelizmente, ou de fato felizmente, agora sabemos como essa propaga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tudo menos boa. N\u00e3o compro mais h\u00e1 anos, mas tenho que admitir que sinto falta \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, obviamente, quando Christophe Michalak se divertiu reinventando a pasta de avel\u00e3s, isso s\u00f3 poderia ser tentador. Por v\u00e1rios anos, essa foi a minha receita, e o que posso dizer \u2026 \u00e9 simplesmente divino. Um bom gosto de avel\u00e3, chocolate, um pouco de caramelo e uma pitada de sal para melhorar tudo, \u00e9 realmente org\u00e1smico \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como amanh\u00e3 \u00e9 a Candel\u00e1ria, as panquecas est\u00e3o obviamente no card\u00e1pio. E quem disse que panquecas diz espalhar \u2026 Ent\u00e3o eu sa\u00ed para fazer a receita ao preparar meus ingredientes e percebi que n\u00e3o tinha avel\u00e3s suficientes \u2026 um bom total geral de 120 g. Eu estava muito longe dos 270 g da receita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu tinha tr\u00eas op\u00e7\u00f5es: correr para o supermercado \u2026 humpf, n\u00e3o muito interessada! Fa\u00e7a uma quantidade menor .. sacril\u00e9gio! Ou encontre um substituto \u2026 Ent\u00e3o foi com a \u00faltima op\u00e7\u00e3o que eu iniciei uma nova revis\u00e3o, apesar de tudo. E as avel\u00e3s est\u00e3o associadas a nozes. O resultado \u00e9 realmente muito bom, apenas com avel\u00e3s. Acho que vou me divertir misturando as nozes a partir de agora na minha pasta de avel\u00e3s. Ele muda um pouco, permanecendo pr\u00f3ximo da receita original. De resto, dificilmente diminuo a quantidade de a\u00e7\u00facar e \u00f3leo, mas, caso contr\u00e1rio, sigo as instru\u00e7\u00f5es do Maestro. Para aqueles que sentem que \u00e9 uma miss\u00e3o complicada, pense novamente: \u00e9 f\u00e1cil.
