Pear & chocolate crumble
Easy and quick to prepare, for a delicious and comforting result : the crumble is a must ! If, like me, you have sugar cravings and little time to satisfy them, this recipe is made for you.

Baking dish (or 6 individual dishes)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes.
Roughly chop the chocolate and mix it with the pears.
Spread the fruits in a dish (or 6 individual dishes).
Pour the flour, almond powder, sugar and salt into a large bowl. Add the butter in pieces and mix with your fingertips so that the dough forms irregular pieces.
Spread the dough pieces over the pear/chocolate mixture.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
