No-bake easy mascarpone mousse with berries

A delicious mascarpone mousse with fresh fruit, what a great combination ! This recipe is easy and no baking required, for a touch of freshness at the end of the meal.

Mascarpone mousse

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 eggs (white and yellow separated)
  • 50 g confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tsp rum optional


  • 300 g fresh fruit (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries for example)
  • 10 to 12 Graham crackers


  • In a bowl pour the egg yolks, mascarpone, sugar and rum. Mix the whole to obtain a homogeneous cream.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold them into the cream. Set aside.
  • Cut the fruit into small pieces. Place them in the bottom of the glasses.
  • Spread the mascarpone mousse over the fruit.
  • Put them in the refrigerator overnight (ideally, otherwise at least 4 hours).
  • Just before serving, crush the crackers into breadcrumbs and sprinkle them over the top of the mousses.
